DYMAX light curing
conformal coatings
cure tack free in seconds upon exposure to ultraviolet and/or visible
light. Each conformal coating is solvent-free and low VOC,
eliminating the need for solvent handling while enhancing worker safety
and minimizing environmental impact. DYMAX conformal coatings are one
part, so no mixing is required and dispensing is trouble free. Each
conformal coating is electrically insulated and may be applied over the
entire surface or in select areas of a printed board to provide
protection from service environments.
IPC-CC-830 approved, MIL
I-46058C
listed conformal coatings are available. Various grades, including
multiple viscosities, clear, fluorescing, rigid, flexible, and black
colored are also available. Secondary heat or moisture cure versions
are available for boards with shadowed areas.
Do You Know?
BLAZE
now provide batch conformal
coating services using Dymax UV conformal coatings. With our
newly introduced CRPS (Cost Reduction Plant Survey), we conduct a
Cost-Benefit Analysis before presenting to you what matters most to
you; significant cost savings and yet maintaining a 100%
environmental compliance process with the use of Dymax 100% solids
light-curing materials. So hurry, send us your board for a
free quote today or arrange for a free CRPS with one of our
Applications Development Engineers.
BLAZE also conduct seminars that are well suited to the needs of
corporate organisations who would like to give their employees and team
members an informational experience on Conformal Coatings.
